Where can you get an exit clearance checklist?


Upon leaving the BSU, users are required to return to the library all documents listed for them, pay for use beyond the time limit, if the period exceeds the established one, obtain an exit clearance checklist with the BSU FL mark.

  • Foreign students receive an exit clearance checklist in the Department of International Relations of BSU;
  • undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates:
    • Faculty of International Relations – in the Service Department of this Faculty (20 Leningradskaya Str., off.604);
    • Faculties of Journalism and Philosophy and Social Sciences – in the Service Department of these Faculties (9 Kalvariyskaya Str., off.114);
    • Faculties of Physics, Mechanics-Mathematics, Geography and Geo-Informatics, Applied Mathematics and Informatics – in the Service Department of Educational Process (20 Dolgobrodskaya Str., off.344);
      if there is no debt – in the Information Resources Room of the Faculty of Geography and Geo-Informatics (16 Leningradskaya Str., off.122);
    • Faculty of History – in the Service Department of Educational Process (25 Academicheskaya Str., off.200);
    • Faculties of Biology, Radio-Physics and Computer Technologies – in the Service Department of these Faculties (5 Kurchatova Str., off.106)
    • Faculty of Social-Cultural Communications: specialization Design (of Subject-Spatial Environment), Fashion Design – in the Room of Information Resources on Art  (96 Mayakovskogo Str., off.101); FSC students of other specialities – in the Service Department of the Faculties of Radio-Physics and Computer Technologies, Biology and Social-Cultural Communications (5 Kurchatova Str., off.106)

  • BSU staff receives an exit clearance checklist in the Staff Department;
  • BSU Law College students receive an exit clearance checklist at the college;
  • BSU Lyceum students receive an exit clearance checklist  in the BSU Lyceum;
  • students and staff of organizations (enterprises, institutions) included in BSU complex - in their organizations.
